Hogan introduces new global norms
In a globalizing world and in times when most businesses are dependent on international realtions there is an evident need for global norms. Hogan Assessment Systems has recently updated and launced new global norms for HPI, HDS and MVPI. The norms consist of data collected in more than 40 different languages from 6 continents. They represent a broad group of candidates, both in a business related and demographic perspective.
