Leadership Forecast Reports (LFR)
This series of reports is ideal for development of managers and for identification and recruitment of future managers and specialists. The reports provide a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s competencies, management and development potential, core values, and behavioral tendencies which can be career restraining if they are not addressed.
The series of reports consists of the following:
- Potential Report – based on Hogan Potential Inventory (HPI)
- Development Report – based on Hogan Development Survey (HDS)

The report paints a picture of how the candidate is perceived by others. It describes the candidate’s day-to-day behavior and competencies and management style, giving concrete suggestions for development.
Development Report (HDS)

The report predicts career restraining behavior that may be a result of stress, fatigue, or other circumstances that prevent the person from being at his or her best.
It covers the behavioral traits of the candidate that can potentially derail his or her career and limit the ability of creating a well functioning team – and thereby also diminishing the possibility of becoming a successful and effective leader.
Value Report (MVPI)

The report examines the core values and goals that motivate the candidate. It provides an idea of how the candidate will manage and collaborate with others as well as describing the work environment and organizational culture in which the candidate in question will be most comfortable.
The report predicts the individual niche between candidate and career, team, and organizational culture.
