Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) evaluates the personality characteristics requisite to a successful career (“Employability”) and for the skills required to create and maintain relations that encourage collaboration and team work on a broad scale.

Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) sets the standard for assessment of personality in the business community. For more than thirty years HPI has been utilized efficaciously to predict job success and aid companies in the reduction of staff turnover, absence, wastage, and inefficient customer service.

 

 

HPI, the first form of analysis of normal personality based on the Five Factor Model was developed specifically for the business community. Through on-going research and development, HPI continues to lead in the field of business assessment. The assessment has many unique qualities:
