Successful companies often tribute their accomplishments to the culture of their corporation. The culture of a company reflects the values of both the managers and employees in an establishment. This relationship is the starting point for the development of Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI). MVPI evaluates the core values of managers and employees, revealing not only the motivations and influences behind the organization but also each individual’s actions as well. The assessment has many unique qualities:
