PES gathers the results from HPI, HDS and MVPI and is especially suited for recruitment. The report gives a thorough and profound resume of the candidate’s strengths, values and challenges. The report gives insight into the candidates potentials and possible barriers to achieve success in a job.
Fit Report

The Fit report indicates whether a candidate is suitable for a particular type of position. This assessment will be based on a validity study of a customer-specified position.
A validity study based on a thorough job analysis is therefore carried out to identify the factors and ranges that are critical for success in the job in question. The results will then form the basis for the design of a tailored Fit report containing cut-off scores on the relevant scales. The report shows whether the candidate has “No/Low”, “Moderate” or “High” degree of suitability for the position in question.
The price per report varies depending on the desired content, which can be customized with recommendations in relation to various job vacancies. There will also be a cost for a separate validity study.
Express Report

An Express report is an alternative to the Fit report. It also contains cut-off scores, but it is based on completed validity studies from Hogan. These are available in seven versions, which relate to different types of positions.
Interpret Report
The Interpret Report is available in both HPI, HDS and MVPI. The report present the results graphically, interpret the business relevance of the results, and describe the correlation between the results. This extensive report describe the assessment subscale scores and how they affect the candidate’s day-to-day interaction with others.

Advantage Report

The Advantage Report gives an overview that can be used to quickly evaluate the general employability of a candidate. It can be applied in 5 min. and shows the results in a graphical layout.
