Very few teams evolve to be sustainable, “high performing” teams. On the contrary, most teams underperform in spite of their actual potential. The Hogan Team Report is an effective tool for management, a board of directors, management teams, team leaders, or team coaches who all have a common interest in making a group achieve a specific goal.
The report is available in English and is based on fundamental psychological theories. In combination with the participants’ individual assessment results from the three Hogan personality assessments; HPI, HDS and MVPI the report can among others highlight:
- The informal role of the team members
- The blind angles and derailers of the team
- The value and culture profiles of the team
- Development opportunities and coaching suggestions
The Team Report is presented to the group by an authorized facilitator.
