Executive Coaching takes place based on the results of a complete Hogan Assessment. The coaching has a strategic focus and is intended for the top executive who wishes to increase their leadership efficiency and their personal performance.
We offer 3 different solutions:
- “Individual Executive Coaching”. Here, the requirements and process are agreed from day to day
- The “Executive Coaching Package” consists of 10 sessions of intensive coaching of 2 hours each, including competency analysis, action plans and tools
- “Long Term Executive Coaching” is an extended process that includes unlimited coaching over 18 months, competency analysis, action plans and tools
